Fern Britton has remained in touch with her ex-husband Phil Vickery, she's admitted. Earlier this year, their split sent shockwaves through the showbiz circuit after they had been married for 20 years.

In a new interview, Fern revealed she has kept her ex Phil in the loop as they continue to navigate co-parenting together. Also, the author said she has been keeping an eye on the chef when he's on the television during lockdown.

Fern let slip she was aware of her ex's new book Diabetes Meal Planner: Deliciously Simple Recipes and Weekly Weight-loss Menus by Phil Vickery, which hit the shelves on June 8.
