Female musicians FINALLY take centre stage on Late Late Show this week

evoke.ieThe Late Late Show was bemoaned for seemingly ignoring the existence of female musicians week in week out over the last few weeks but that is being made up for in spade this Friday.
On 8 May, the RTÉ One show will have Mary Black, Mary Coughlan, Frances Black and Sharon Shannon all live in studio. They’ll give a number of very special performances from one of the most beloved Irish music albums of all time, the beloved 1992 compilation album A Woman’s Heart.
Viewers will be shaken not stirred when former James Bond Pierce Brosnan joins Ryan from Hawaii. He’ll chat about growing up in Navan and divulge which Irish actors he would like to see following in his footsteps as the next 007.
