A 'fed up' police officer left a 'nuisance' student with severe facial injuries after driving off in a van with the passenger door open, a disciplinary hearing was told.
After he had been arrested and de-arrested earlier in the evening, Kaide Saeger was taken to hospital because of concern for his welfare, the hearing was told.
He was standing at the open front passenger door of a police van outside A&E when it suddenly drove off. He was said to have grabbed the window as the van drove away, with the vehicle reaching an estimated 15mph by the time he fell, the hearing was told.
