Farrah Abraham on Sunday said she's dealt with suicidal ideations and physical problems following her arrest at a Los Angeles club earlier this month.The 30-year-old reality star opened up to TMZ as she stood alongside a moving van as she said she's preparing to move away from California.'I'm trying to stay positive about it cause I was really suicidal this week,' the Council Bluffs, Iowa native said while weeping, adding that she was 'losing function.' Abraham was snapped in LA last fallIn the January 15 incident, according to the outlet, Abraham was dining at the Hollywood venue Grandmaster Records when a confrontation took place outside the establishment.After she refused to leave the venue, a security guard said Abraham had hit her, and Abraham was placed under citizen's arrest prior to police arriving and arresting her in connection with suspicion of misdemeanor battery.

Abraham told the outlet of the incident involving venue security: 'You can’t illegally cuff someone, then basically break their arm, tear everything, and it is like severe.

And I hope I don’t have to get neck surgery and a shoulder surgery, and I’m working really hard on my physical therapy.'The MTV personality said she's 'had such a hard time dealing with' the fallout of the incident, and has been 'working so hard' on herself in the time since.
