Family Guy is missing! The beloved animated TV series, which just recently celebrated its 25th anniversary, is nowhere to be found on FOX‘s newly unveiled TV programming schedule for Fall 2024.

But there’s a likely reason why! Keep reading to find out more… The Seth MacFarlane hit series is one of eight new and returning scripted series that are being held for midseason premieres, Deadline reports.

Along with Family Guy, other shows being held include Animal Control, The Cleaning Lady and Alert. The likely reason is that the network is plotting a major midseason rollout using its Super Bowl broadcast as a promotional platform, according to the report.
