A terrified family were forced to 'barricade' themselves in their hotel room after their youths started kicking at their door trying to break in.
Nathan Morris was left fearing for his young family's safety during their stay at the Premier Inn hotel in Weston-super-Mare on Easter Sunday (April 17).
Police were called to evict the disruptive guests, however the troublemakers had already left by the time officers arrived. The hotel chain has since sent a formal letter of apology to Mr Morrison and his family, Wales Online reports.
He said: "We checked in at around 8pm on Sunday night."A few hours later - around midnight - we heard commotion coming from a nearby room.
