Falkirk domestic abuser told partner 'burn in hell' and left her with 'broken rib'
dailyrecord.co.ukA domestic abuser who pushed his partner backwards onto a toilet -- causing a "possible" broken rib -- has been jailed. James Boyle, 46, accused his victim, Alison Crossan, of infidelity, and subjected her to more than a year of abusive behaviour, Falkirk Sheriff Court was told.

You have no friends and you're a b****."You f****** liar, you'll burn in hell."Miss Griffin said that during one argument on November 2nd, 2020, he grabbed her by the hair, threw her to the ground, dragged her to the front door, and "threw her out of the house in her bare feet" at 4.30 am.In a further incident in April 2021, he began shouting that she was a "cheeky b****" before telling her, at about 11 o'clock at night, that he'd had enough of her, he was sick of her, and that she was to get her stuff and get out of the house.Miss Griffin said: "She went back into the bedroom to get dressed
