A domestic abuser who pushed his partner backwards onto a toilet -- causing a "possible" broken rib -- has been jailed. James Boyle, 46, accused his victim, Alison Crossan, of infidelity, and subjected her to more than a year of abusive behaviour, Falkirk Sheriff Court was told.
