Ole Gunnar Solskjær KSO (Norwegian pronunciation: (About this soundlisten); born 26 February 1973) is a Norwegian professional football manager and former player. He is currently the manager of English club Manchester United. As a player, he played as a forward and spent most of his career with Manchester United. Solskjær also supervises a training academy for young footballers in his home town of Kristiansund, and is a patron of the Manchester United Supporters' Trust.

The Uruguayan wide man joined United in the summer from his boyhood team Penarol and has made a handful of Under-23 appearances this season and trained with the first team on occasion.

But Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and his staff have made the decision to send Pellstri on loan to the Spanish side until the end of the season.The 19-year-old will hope to get first team minutes under his belt.

He awaits his first team debut but is expected to be a regular on loan at Alaves, who are currently in a relegation battle in La Liga.
