Explosions in the Sky announce first album in seven years, share new song “Ten Billion People”

Explosions in the Sky have announced a new album called End. It’ll be their eighth studio LP, and their first in seven years, following the release of 2016’s The Wilderness.

Along with the announcement, they’ve also shared the project’s lead single and opening track, “Ten Billion People.” On September 15, the day of End’s Temporary Residence Ltd.

release, the band will embark on a 26-date tour across the globe starting on the day of its release. They’ll be starting in their home state of Texas before hitting European cities such as Berlin, London, Paris, and Barcelona.
