Former Celtic star Kris Commons and his fiancee Lisa Hague are set to finally tie the knot this weekend after a 22-year engagement surrounded by their nearest and dearest. And with just days to go until they say 'I do', the pair have been running around getting organised for their ceremony, which Lisa has said has a bit of a Celtic theme, with a green colour scheme.

And the witness signing their register is non other than ex-Hoops manager and their good pal, Neil Lennon.Speaking to the Record, Lisa said: "It's going to be nice, Neil Lennon is one of our witnesses and we've just got a nice small group."Despite the wedding being at a swanky hotel in Chesterfield, where the couple hail from, Kris will be wearing tartan as a nod to their time in Scotland, when he played for Celtic in 2011.The couple decided to have a small wedding for one very special reason. They've ditched the bells and whistles and are planning an extra special low key event, and they will instead donate their wedding fund money to host two grief retreats in Scotland and England.

Last year, Lisa trained to become a grief coach and she now organises counselling retreats to help those who are going through the trauma of losing a baby, after losing first daughter Lola to stillbirth 15 years ago.

So instead of splurging thousands of pounds on one day, they made the decision that it would be more beneficial to have a smaller event and put the rest of the money into helping others.Speaking on Instagram, Lisa said: "Me and Kris decided that we are going to have a super small wedding.
