‘Euphoria’ is officially back in production for Season 3 after yearslong delays

Season 3, HBO announced on Monday.Taking to X, the network shared an ominous photo of Rue, played by Zendaya, looking over her shoulder toward the camera.The core cast of “Euphoria,” including Hunter Schafer, Sydney Sweeney, Jacob Elordi and Colman Domingo, is slated to return for the third season, which, like Seasons 1 and 2, will be eight episodes long.

Cast members Storm Reid and Barbie Ferreira have previously said they will not appear in any new episodes of the series.Angus Cloud, who played fan favorite Fezco, died in July 2023 at the age of 25.HBO did not share a premiere date for Season 3.Monday’s announcement arrived almost three years after the Season 2 finale of “Euphoria,” which aired Feb.
