Erik ten Hag has urged his Manchester United side to erase the mistakes as they look to bounce back from a poor run of form at Burnley on Saturday evening.
Wednesday's 4-3 Champions League group stage defeat at Bayern Munich on Wednesday was United's third in a row, following Premier League losses against Arsenal and Brighton either side of the international break.
Ten Hag's side started brightly at the Allianz Arena but conceded two soft goals in four minutes. It has been a regular pattern this season for United, who show promise in the opening exchanges before allowing the opposition to get a grip on the game with unforced errors.
And Ten Hag needs his players to avoid those mistakes if they are to bounce back.
