Erik ten Hag has revealed that his 'one interest' immediately following his appointment by Manchester United is to ensure that Ajax finishes the season strongly and clinch the Eredivisie title.
After months of waiting, United have finally confirmed their next permanent manager with Ten Hag agreeing to join the club on a three-year deal, with the option of a further 12 months.
Ralf Rangnick has been in interim charge of the side since December following the sacking of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in November.
United have paid a £1.7million to Ajax to release the 52-year-old from his contract — which was due to expire next year — in Amsterdam.
