Marcus Rashford (born 31 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Manchester United and the England national team.
A Manchester United player from the age of seven, he scored two goals on both his first-team debut against Midtjylland in the UEFA Europa League in February 2016 and his Premier League debut against Arsenal three days later.
He also scored in his first Manchester derby match, his first EFL Cup match and his first UEFA Champions League match. With United, Rashford has so far won the FA Cup, EFL Cup, FA Community Shield and UEFA Europa League.
England may have come up short in the final of Euro 2020, heartbreakingly losing on penalties to Italy, but their stars remain in good spirits as they enjoy a well-earned break ahead of the new season.
England drew 1-1 with Italy after extra-time, thanks to goals from Luke Shaw and Leonardo Bonucci.Italy then emerged victorious in the resulting penalty shoot-out, winning 3-2 after Marcus Rashford's spot kick hit the post and Gianluigi Donnarumma saved Jadon Sancho and Bukayo Saka's efforts.
Following the end of the tournament, several members of the England squad have jetted off to the Greek Island of Mykonos, while Rashford and Sancho have flown to Turks and Caicos.
