England boss is hoping the 'Tartan Army' will be allowed to invade Wembley to help make the Euro 2020 clash one to remember.The Three Lions will collide with the Scots in the group stages on June 18 - after Steve Clarke's men booked their place in the Finals with a thrilling penalty shoot-out triumph in Serbia.It will be the Scots' first appearance at a major tournament in 23 years to set-up and a repeat of the Euro 96 showdown at Wembley, when Paul Gascgoigne's stunning goal inspired England to a 2-0 win.Southgate was part of the Three Lions side that memorable day and also faced the Scots in one of the two Euro 2000 play-offs in 1999 that resulted in his side going through 2-1 on aggregate.He went on to manage the Three Lions against them.
