Watching a clip of a woman who had suffered from coronavirus and was reunited with her family outside the hospital, Ben said: "That moment when you can finally touch your loved one [after they've been] a ventilator." Ben's co-host Ranvir said: "Families who have gone through this - it's not a case of go in and you'll get better soon, you go in and 'I don't know, I don't know'." He added: "And 'I can't be there'."
