Emmy Rossum to Play Tom Holland's Mom in New Apple TV+ Series 'The Crowded Room'

The first season inspired by Daniel Keyes‘ biography The Minds of Billy Milligan as well as writer Akiva Goldsman‘s life. Tom will play Danny Sullivan, inspired by Milligan, who was the first person to be acquitted of a crime because of multiple personality disordered, which is now referred to as dissociative identity disorder. Emmy will play Danny’s mother, Candy, while Amanda Seyfried has joined the cast as Rya, a clinical psychologist.
