Sir Elton Hercules John CH CBE (born Reginald Kenneth Dwight; 25 March 1947) is an English singer, songwriter, pianist, and composer. He has worked with lyricist Bernie Taupin since 1967; they have collaborated on more than 30 albums. John has sold more than 300 million records, making him one of the world's best-selling music artists. He has more than fifty Top 40 hits, as well as seven consecutive number-one albums in the United States, 58 Billboard Top 40 singles, 27 Top 10 singles, four of which peaked at number two and nine of which reached number one. His tribute single "Candle in the Wind 1997", rewritten in dedication to Diana, Princess of Wales, sold over 33 million copies worldwide and is the best-selling single in the history of the UK and US singles charts. He has also produced records and occasionally acted in films. John owned Watford F.C. from 1976 to 1987 and from 1997 to 2002, and is an honorary life president of the club.
Selena Gomez

Selena Marie Gomez (born July 22, 1992) is an American singer, songwriter, actress, and television producer. After appearing on the children's series Barney & Friends (2002–2004), she received wider recognition for her portrayal of Alex Russo on the Emmy Award-winning Disney Channel television series Wizards of Waverly Place, which aired from 2007 until 2012.

Gomez also starred in the films Another Cinderella Story (2008), Princess Protection Program (2009), Wizards of Waverly Place: The Movie (2009), Ramona and Beezus (2010), and Monte Carlo (2011). Thereafter, she focused on more mature roles in Spring Breakers (2012), Getaway (2013), The Fundamentals of Caring (2016), and The Dead Don't Die (2019). She voices the character of Mavis in the Hotel Transylvania film franchise, and serves as an executive producer of the Netflix television drama series 13 Reasons Why (2017–present) and the Netflix documentary series Living Undocumented (2019).

official Emmys website and Facebook page.“Act Your Age” star Yvette Nicole Brown and Television Academy chair Frank Scherma hosted the nomination reveal.Brown received an Emmy nod two years ago for outstanding guest actress in a comedy series for her appearance in “A Black Lady Sketch Show.”“Succession” scored the most nods, acquiring an eye-popping 27 nominations, while “Ted Lasso,” “The Bear,” “Beef,” “Abbott Elementary” and “The White Lotus” also performed exceptionally well.

Kevin Costner and “Yellowstone” were ignored, except in one technical category.Ray Liotta, who died in 2022 of heart failure at age 67, got a posthumous nod (for “Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Limited Series or Movie, for Apple’s “Black Bird”).

HBO led the pack, dominating the “Best Drama” category with 4 of the 8 nominated shows. However, despite getting a “Best Drama” nod, “House of the Dragon” was snubbed in all acting categories — so, no nods for stars Matt Smith, Paddy Considine, or Emma D’Arcy.

Selena Gomezwas also snubbed as a performer in the outstanding lead actress in a comedy series category for “Only Murders in the Building,” (she got nominated last year as an executive producer), and Sam Claflin got snubbed for the Prime Video series “Daisy Jones & The Six” while his co-stars Riley Keough and Camila Morrone got nominated.
