Emmerdale actress Claire King celebrated her 60th birthday on January 10 and in a recent chat expressed her thoughts on ageing as she reflected on the last few decades of her life.
Claire is most notorious for being Kim Tate and has played the villainous character since she first graced the show in 1989.
In an exclusive chat with OK! Claire opened up about ageing and how she can't wait to "embrace" her next chapter of life. She said: "You've just got to roll with the punches, embrace it, learn to love yourself and just be grateful that you're still here, because not everyone gets the privilege of turning this number."I do fully intend to grow old disgracefully!
At the end of the day, age is just a number, so you have to accept it and think, I've got all this wisdom and knowledge."I still do my yoga and I'm still quite flexible, even with my joints, so I just take each day as it comes and see what's thrown at me."Claire also said she has no regrets looking back on her life.She revealed: "Sometimes you think you should have made different choices, but I don't regret anything.
