Former EastEnders star Louise Jameson has joined the Emmerdale cast – but it isn't the first time she's appeared in the Dales.
She made her debut as Rhona Goskirk's (Zoe Henry) "no nonsense mother" on Monday 7 March, but Louise has previously played a historic role on the soap.
Louise previously appeared on Emmerdale in 1973, playing teenager Sharon Crossthwaite. Sharon was the cousin of Annie Sugden, and the daughter of Beryl and Ronnie Crossthwaite.
However, her time on the show was brief. Louise's time on the show came to a grisly end, when Sharon was raped and murdered by Jim Latimer, who had developed a strange obsession with her.
