Emmerdale murder as beloved character makes shockingly gruesome discovery

Dawn, along with husband Billy, also think they know who the killer may be. While wife Kim may not have helped by hanging back rather than helping when Will collapsed, believing him to be faking, it is Joe Tate (played by Ned Porteous) who is under suspicion.
Billy first noticed Joe lurking around following Will’s death, and he shared his suspicions with Dawn, telling her: “I had a chat with Charity before about Joe and she’s told me everything.
He’s a wrong-un Dawn. Some of the stuff he’s done is off the scale. He’s devious.” He continued: “When he first came to the village he pretended to be somebody else.
