Emmerdale fans 'work out' Denise Welch character's real identity as they predict twist

Emmerdale fans think they’ve worked out a ‘huge plot twist’ with Denise Welch’s character on Emmerdale.The Loose Women star made her first appearance in the soap this week, meaning she’s featured on all four major soaps.

Denise was seen portraying the character of Heidi, a juror in Tom King’s (James Chase) court case as he had been tormenting his wife Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper) with psychological manipulation and abuse for over a year.

Belle has finally managed to escape and on Thursday night’s episode, the trial was shown. Of course, Tom stuck to his old ways, trying to deceive the jury that he’s innocent as Belle shared her account of what really happened.

Denise’s character Heidi was 100 percent sure Belle was being truthful, causing her to clash with Karl (Charles Dale). Despite this, the jury then decided a guilty verdict for master manipulator Tom, meaning he had finally been caught out and was sentenced to three years in prison.
