The new mum decided she wanted to start a new life in Paris with son Reuben after Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) told her he was still in love with Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins).
As a result, Chloe has been left heartbroken and is desperate to make Mack pay for his betrayal. After overhearing Mack on the baby monitor telling Reuben how much he loves him and won't ever leave him, Chloe decided to rip out her ex's heart by taking his child away.
As Chloe plotted her revenge, Charity and Mack enjoyed a tender moment, happy everything is seemingly working out for them. Not far away, Chloe packed her bags and booked her tickets, ready to flee the village.
