The mum-of-two couldn't stop gushing over her second child as she revealed she and husband Jade Jones are "proud" to have her as a daughter, for bringing them "joy and light" each day.
Emma also claimed her only daughter is "going to change the world for the good". In a heartfelt post on her Instagram, she penned: "Happy birthday my beautiful Tate, 10 today!
We are so proud to be your mummy and daddy. You bring joy and light to us everyday!" She continued: "Tate, you are going to change this world for the good my darling.
