Peter Andre (born 27 February 1973) is an English-born Cypriot-Australian singer, songwriter, businessman, and television personality. He gained popularity as a singer, best known for his singles "Mysterious Girl" and "Flava".
He is also known for appearing on the third series of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!, and the thirteenth series of Strictly Come Dancing, in which he was partnered with Janette Manrara.
There's no denying it, Emily Andre's schedule is pretty hectic at the minute. With a busy job as an NHS doctor, a new book hitting shelves and currently expecting a third child, the 34 year old certainly has her hands full.
But one thing she always makes time for are her kids - Millie, 10, and Theo, seven, and step-children Princess, 16, and 18 year old Junior, who she shares with singer husband Peter Andre, 50.
In an exclusive interview with OK!, Emily chatted about her new children’s mental health book, Healthy Mind, Happy You, and revealed that she encouraged Millie to try out a few techniques from the book for when 'things get a bit much'. "I tested a few on Millie when I was writing the book actually and one day she said ‘I felt a bit frustrated today so I did the breathing thing you told me about and it worked’," Emily explained. "One of the main things I want kids to take away from the book is practice these techniques when you feel ok, so you can work out what you find helpful and be good at doing them when you don’t feel so great.
So I was really pleased that Millie found it helpful." Emily, who is due to have her third baby with husband Peter Andre this Spring, also discussed the steps she takes when it comes to her own mental health and mindfulness. "For example if I’ve had a full on day, the first thing I’ll do when I get home is have a shower and do some grounding exercises.
