Parents were left furious after attending a 'shambolic' Willy Wonka-inspired event that ended with the police being called out.
Guests were greeted by a lacklustre set design when they turned up to a near-empty warehouse after they had forked out £35 a head for the 'immersive' experience.
The event has been slammed as "embarrassing", "underwhelming" and "an absolute shambles" and the company behind the flop is now handing out refunds to disappointed customers.
Police were called to attend the event, in Glasgow, on Saturday, February 24, after dozens of parents vented their rage at the organisers.
