On Saturday Butler appeared on stage as he looked dapper in a black suit and opened white shirt with no tie while introducing his 60-year-old Elvis director Baz Luhrmann who won an award for his work on the bio film.
When Butler spoke about how incredible it was to work with trailblazing director Baz, he had no accent at all.Austin sounded like most Los Angeles based actors and not at all like Elvis, whom he played in the critically acclaimed 2022 film.
