presidential election (69%) following closely behind, according to the latest released by the American Psychological Association.But, crucially, we're finding ways to cope.

Glamour staffers spread across the country are dealing with election anxiety in their own ways. But most of us have one thing in common: We're trying to step away from our phones.

No matter what happens this week, remember that we’re all in this together.This is my first election as a parent, so I plan to be extra present during election night's bedtime routine with my one-year-olds.
