Urban explorers have revealed spooky pictures from inside a hidden passage that looks over one of the busiest roads in North Wales.
The overpass crosses the A55 at Colwyn Bay and is tucked under the main railway track, just metres away from the Rainbow Bridge.Opened in 1983, thousands drive past every day without knowing what's inside the secret passage under the bridge.
The explorers entered the gap through a "heavy steel lidded manhole" and climbed down metal steps. They then attempted to get to the other side.
One explorer, who didn't want to be named, said they had to "squeeze and crouch, and at one point scrape along [their] bellies".
