Eduardo Xol, known for his work on the former hit ABC TV show Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, has tragically passed away at the age of 58.

The 58-year-old reality star and actor was found stabbed in his Palm Springs, California home. He was in “serious but stable condition” when he was rushed to the hospital on September 10 after suffering injuries.

He passed away on September 19 at Desert Regional Medical Center, his mother confirmed to TMZ. A 34-year-old man, Richard Joseph Gonzales, has reportedly been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in connection to Eduardo‘s death.

He’s in custody and being held without bail. Eduardo participated in Extreme Makeover from seasons 2-8 as a landscaping expert.
