Edward Christopher Sheeran, MBE (born 17 February 1991) is an English singer-songwriter. In early 2011, Sheeran independently released the extended play, No. 5 Collaborations Project. After signing with Asylum Records, his debut album, + (pronounced "plus"), was released in September 2011. It topped the UK and Australian charts, reached number five in the US, and has since been certified eight-times platinum in the UK.

The album contains the single "The A Team", which earned him the Ivor Novello Award for Best Song Musically and Lyrically. In 2012, Sheeran won the Brit Awards for Best British Male Solo Artist and British Breakthrough Act. "The A Team" was nominated for Song of the Year at the 2013 Grammy Awards, where he performed the song with Elton John.

Justin Bieber
Justin Drew Bieber (born March 1, 1994) is a Canadian singer, songwriter and actor. Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. Bieber's debut EP, My World, released in late 2009, made Bieber the first artist to have seven songs from a debut record chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

Ed Sheeran's Bad Habits claims third week at Number 1 on Official Irish Singles Chart

Ed Sheeran rules the roost at Number 1 on the Official Irish Singles Chart for a third successive week with Bad Habits. The lead single from Ed’s fifth studio album was the most downloaded and streamed song for the third week running, keeping him firmly on top for a further seven days.

This week’s highest new entry comes courtesy of Australian rising star The Kid Laroi & Justin Bieber with Stay at Number 3.

The track is The Kid Laroi’s joint highest-charting song on Irish soil, matching that of breakthrough single Without You, and marks Justin’s 60th Top 50 single.

Also in this week’s Top 10, British rappers Dave & Stormzy debut at 8 with Clash, and Scottish producer Calvin Harris nets his 23rd Top 10 single with By Your Side ft.
