Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.
Markle was raised in Los Angeles, California and has a mixed ethnic heritage. During her studies at Northwestern University, she began playing small roles in television series and films. From 2011 to 2017, she played Rachel Zane on the American legal drama Suits. Eastenders to resume filming by the end of June amid crisis

However, it seems Eastenders now has planning to return to filming as there will come a stage when they will have used up all their pre-recorded episodes.
BBC’s director of content Charlotte Moore has spoken out about the soap and when they hope to get back to some sort of normality so the show can continue to air.
