The picture showed the couple standing in the middle of a rose petal love heart on the beach as Patsy could be seen with her hand out to Patric, who is on one knee.
In another video, Patsy, 54, waved the sparkly ring in front of the camera for her fans to gush over as she danced over to the love heart and collapsed onto the sand.
