Danny, 45, who’s set to become a grandfather to twins later this year, has since shared the price of the trip – but insisted that it was “the best holiday we’ve had”. “It cost £140,000,” he revealed. “Best holiday we’ve ever had.
It was a reward for the last year, which was one of the busiest I’ve ever had.” He continued to tell The Sun: “It was an horrific shooting schedule.The trip was a complete extravagance but then why do you earn money?” Danny further shared that the reason he left well-loved BBC soap EastEnders was because he “wasn’t around enough”.
The actor is proud dad to Love Island star Dani, 26, Sunnie, 15, and Arty, nine, all of whom he shares with wife Joanne Mas.
