After her eldest son Harry Mitchell (Elijah Holloway) was arrested, Nicola quickly invited his love interest Penny Branning (Kitty Castledine) over for a tense chat.
Nicola suggested that Penny and her police officer father Jack (Scott Maslen) were responsible for Harry's arrest for the murder of his ex-girlfriend Shireen.
