EastEnders' Mick Carter is set for huge scenes later this year, when the BBC soap returns to screens. The show went off air in June due to the coronavirus pandemic halting filming in March.
EastEnders ran out of episodes, and instead began airing spin-off series Secrets From The Square, as well as classic episodes.
But now, the soap is returning to BBC One next week and actor Danny Dyer has promised it will be "back with a bang". Not only that, but his character Mick will feature in a huge storyline, which is something he called his best plot to date.
While keeping details quiet, he revealed that while filming had been "tough" and "difficult" the soap was "on another level" now.
