A major clue as to who is set to meet a grizzly end on EastEnders this Christmas was dropped in last night's episode. Fans have been driven wild speculating the perpetrator and who will be killed over the festive period after show bosses teased their explosive seasonal storyline earlier this year in an unprecedented move which saw them include a flash forward scene to a mystery whodunnit.

In the scene broadcast earlier this year, an unknown man could be seen on the floor, as Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) said he was dead.

There were five other women in the scene too - Denise (Diane Parish), Kathy (Gillian Taylforth), Linda (Kellie Bright), Stacey (Lacey Turner) and Suki (Balvinder Sopal) - who watched on in horror.

Viewers didn't know if the death was accidental or on purpose, but according to the Mirror, a huge hint was made on Thursday's episode this week.
