EastEnders and Corrie legends become Drag Queens for new show

Adam Woodyatt and Simon Gregson are set to become Drag Queens for a new ITV show. Hosted by Lorraine Kelly, Queens For The Night will see Spice Girls Mel C, comedian Rob Beckett, Drag Queen Courtney Act and West End star Layton Williams judge a series of famous faces as they unleash their own drag alter egos.

With the show set to air later this year, Adam (Ian Beale) and Simon (Steve McDonald) will also be joined by Union J’s George Shelley and England Rugby star Joe Marler.

The celebs will have to get to grips with wearing high heels, singing, lip syncing, dancing, impressions and comedy – but they will have help from a few Drag Queen legends!Adam and Simon are no stranger to an ITV reality show as last year, they were the celebs who entered the I’m A Celebrity castle a few days later than the other cast. Adam left his role as Ian Beale last year to focus on theatre shows. He recently starred alongside his former co-star Laurie Brett, for the production Looking Good Dead.
