A large-scale emergency services presence was required in Paisley town centre in the early hours of this morning.Multiple police vehicles, a fire engine and ambulance crews were spotted by passers-by around 3am on Bridge Street at its location over the White Cart Water.It’s understood the response was as a result of concern for a person.
