Earl Spencer says he was 'groomed and duped' by Martin Bashir for Panorama interview

mirror.co.ukEarl Spencer has suggested that he was "groomed" and "duped" by Martin Bashir in order for the journalist to secure an interview for Panorama with his sister Princess Diana.
Responding to a report into the interview published today that concluded that Bashir acted inappropriately and in serious breach of BBC guidelines, the earl said that he did not have proof of the deception until last year.
