Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford have been married since 2010 with the favourite TV couple set to celebrate their 13-year wedding anniversary later this month on 26 June.

Eamonn, 63, and Ruth, 63, first met in the mid-90s after they were introduced by their mutual friend, TV presenter Sally Meen.

However, the couple kept their relationship hidden for two years by avoiding going to public events together or holding hands.This was because Eamonn at the time wanted to be respectful to his three children – Declan, Rebecca and Niall, who he shares with ex-wife Gabrielle, and felt it would be "insensitive".

And this gesture made Ruth fall in love with Eamonn even more as she told the Daily Mail in 2017: "I thought it spoke volumes about the sort of man he was, the sort of father he was and the integrity he had.
