In a heartbreaking appeal to the First Minister, Linzi, who says she stands to lose over £6,000, wrote: “On compassionate grounds can I fly and make this final memory?”Over two million Scots will be plunged into level 4 lockdown tomorrow as the Government tries to get to grips with coronavirus.Sturgeon also announced legal travel restrictions will come into force on Friday for people who live in tiers 3 and 4.Leaving these areas will be a breach unless the trip is for an “essential” purpose.
