Cheryl Burke has taken her divorce proceedings to a new level.The 38-year-old professional dancer requested to take her split from estranged spouse Matthew Lawrence, 42, to trial.Court documents filed on Thursday and obtained by Us Weeklystated that both parties had signed off on the request.
