Rachel Reeves, the Chancellor of the Labour Party government, has announced that reforms to health and disability benefits will be unveiled before the end of March.

Work and Pensions Secretary Liz Kendall is set to outline the Government's plans for reform prior to the spring statement, which is scheduled for March 26.
Ms Reeves acknowledged the tough choices she had to make in her budget to ensure stability, criticising the opposition for not presenting any viable alternatives.
