While Paramount Pictures is preparing the release of their highly-anticipated movie Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves - which Chris Pine said is a mix between Game of Thrones and Princess Bride - the studio has landed a D&D TV series.The studio's streaming service Paramount Plus has handed out an eight-episode order for a live-action Dungeons & Dragons TV series, via Deadline.Rawson Marshall Thurber (Red Notice) will write the pilot script and direct the first episode of the series, which will be a co-production between Paramount Pictures and eOne.
