Dundee Council has agreed a £60,000 cash boost to help secure the future of the city’s UNESCO title. Councillors met last night to consider the proposal which is year one of a three-year commitment to consolidate the prestigious status.
Designs and project ideas on the future of the city’s UNESCO plans were also outlined to councillors. A spokesman for the UNESCO team reacted to the positive news on Twitter.
