Dujon Sterling says he's been made to feel like an important Rangers rebuild piece - as he admits ONE meeting paved the way to Ibrox.The right-back has joined the club as signing number two of boss Michael Beale's revamp.
He's had the scarf above his head and now is looking forward to the summer after leaving Chelsea, following a few loans, most recently in the English Championship with Stoke City.
Sterling wasn't expecting to have things sorted so soon but is glad to be tied up.Beale's pitch was emphatic and the full-back didn't take long to realise Rangers was the place for him.
He told RTV: "I wasn't really making my min up about my future this quick. But the gaffer came in before the season ended and what he proposed to me was everything I need and want to do, we are on the same wavelength.
