Drug dealers acting on the orders of a crime gang were caught with snap bags of cocaine hidden in a sock as cops targeted a city centre 'hotspot'.
Haziz Muka, 23, and Elidon Jukaj, 24, were spotted by police in a car in Manchester city centre. The pair were 'pressured' and 'coerced' into drug dealing after being threatened by a crime gang in their native Albania, Manchester Crown Court heard.
Prosecutors said police officers were out in Manchester city centre as part of a 'proactive' operation targeting drug dealing.
They spotted the two men in a VW Golf at about 6.40pm on June 16, in an area known to officers as a 'drug dealing hotspot'. As officers approached, Jukaj was seen to throw something out of the car, parked at the junction of First Street and Medlock Street.
