With his popular YouTube channel, several TV gigs and soon-to-be 10 cookbooks to his name, Donal Skehan is one busy man. And with all that on his plate, the Irish food writer has now opened up about becoming more ‘selective’ over what work he takes on and admitted it ‘can all become too much’.
In an interview with the Independent, Donal reflected on his ‘down moments’ and told how having therapy has helped him. Donal added that becoming a father has also changed his perspective on work as his two sons are now his biggest priority.
