Stacey Solomon told fans she had a "really busy" week and that she will be back soon with some Autumn and Halloween-inspired content.The 33-year-old caught up with her five million Instagram followers as she brushed her teeth while getting ready for a shoot.As she spoke to her fans, the Loose Women star noticeably swallowed her toothpaste instead of spitting it out.The moment was picked up on by many of her followers who flooded her inbox.Stacey returned to her story an hour later to address the moment she didn't expect would gather so much attention.

The Loose Women star shared a message from one of her fans who wrote: "Stacey you didn't just swallow your toothpaste did you?"Madonna, 64, causes stir in TikTok clip coming out as gayLaughing, she said: "I did and I had a moment of realisation where I was like I definitely can't spit this out in front of everyone, I'm going to have to eat it."I'm sorry," she added, continuing to laugh. "I'm trying to do a hundred things at once and I'm rubbish at it."So yeah, my breakfast this morning was toothpaste."The mother-of-four wrote over the post: "OMG my inbox, don't me," alongside crying with laughter emojis.Stacey's technique may have been frowned upon, however experts say keeping flouride on your teeth for longer could be beneficial.

The important ingredient helps make enamel harder and it's more resistant to acids that cause cavities, however it's not recommended to swallow.

Stacey's latest post came after she celebrated her 33rd and daughter Rose's first birthday in Disneyland.The Loose Women star gave fans an insight into the trip on her page which was praised by fans.In one picture, she, Joe Swash, their daughter and son Rex and her two sons Leighton and Zachary smiled for.
